Terms and Conditions

This waiver, release, and indemnification agreement is executed by the undersigned attendee (hereinafter referred to as “Attendee”).  Whereas, Attendee desires to attend and participate in The Makers Syndicate hosted by OZ Machine Company.

 

Attendee desires to exempt, relieve, and indemnify OZ Machine Company and its officers, agents, servants, employees, and volunteers from liability for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death caused by Attendee’s participation in The Makers Syndicate and/or any activities related thereto.

 

Now therefore, for and in consideration of permitting Attendee to attend and participate in The Makers Syndicate, Attendee hereby agrees as follows:

 

1. Attendee hereby releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes all actions or causes of action for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, theft, or wrongful death occurring to him/herself arising as a result of his/her attendance or participation in The Makers Syndicate, and/or any activity related thereto, and from all injuries, illness, loss or damages from risks which are known or unknown. The undersigned Attendee further, for him/herself and his/her estate, agrees that under no circumstances will he/she or his/her heirs, executors, administrators and/or assigns prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, theft, or wrongful death against OZ Machine Company or any of its officers, agents, servants, employees, or volunteers for any of said causes of action, whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any said persons or otherwise.

 

Attendee acknowledges and agrees that entrance to The Makers Syndicate is limited to vendors, badge and ticket holders, who have signed a waiver and release.  Attendee agrees not to allow any other person or persons into the event.  Attendee further agrees that it will indemnify and hold OZ Machine Company and its officers, agents, servants, employees, and volunteers harmless from any claim, including attorney’s fees, for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, theft, or wrongful death made by any person who gained access to the event as a result of Attendee’s action or inaction.
