This event will take place on Sunday, September 15th, 2024 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
What makes The Makers Syndicate different? We specifically ask all the makers to only bring the products that they personally make. There will not be any production lines from We/Bestec/Reate/etc at this show. We want our attendees to know that all the items at the show were made by the hands of the makers behind the tables - not produced overseas.
We plan to have 50 vendors for the show this year! We sought out a very unique venue, similar to the one we had last year. It’s an old window and door factory in the same area of Indianapolis. It has exposed wood beams, tons of windows, brick and outdoor patios. See the video link below for a walk through:

- HOTEL: A limited number of discounted rooms ($89 per night) will be available at The Westin Indianapolis hotel. This is about a 17 minute drive from the Indianapolis International Airport. The meetups will be at the bar inside this hotel. The venue for The Makers Syndicate is about a 5 minute drive from this hotel. Attendees understand and agree to the following rules applying to the Event: Tickets are nonrefundable. No merchandise is to be handled without permission from the vendor/maker. Outside food and/or beverage (including alcohol) are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited except in designated outdoor areas. Pets are prohibited, with the exception of service animals. Firearms of any type, functional or nonfunctional, are prohibited. Security will be checking bags upon entry. All attendees must have their own ticket, including minors and young children over the age of 3 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not to handle merchandise at the event. Methods of sale will vary for each maker's table. Please reach out to each maker directly if you have questions regarding their inventory, forms of payment, or any other information about their individual products or their company.
Parking: This venue has hundreds of parking spots available on site!
Saturday Night, September 14th: There will be an informal meetup at the Westin's bar/lounge the evening before the show. It's called "10 Hands Social Bar and Eatery". The hotel manager is a knife enthusiast and has granted show attendees permission to bring their knives and cases to the bar to talk knives and socialize. Hope to see you there! We (OZ Machine Company) plan to be at the bar around 8:00pm.
Sunday, September 15th: “The Makers Syndicate” show hours are 12:00pm-5:00pm EDT.* Check in will begin at 10:00 am - guests will be allowed entry into the main floor of the event once they have been checked in. Concession-style food will be available for purchase on the main floor of the venue this year!! Concessions are scheduled to open at 10:00 am and will be available for the duration of the event, or until sold out.
*Please do not arrive to line up any earlier than 1:00 am EDT on Sunday, 9/15/24, due to another unrelated private event at the venue the evening before. We do not encourage lining up overnight, and if you choose to do so, it is at your own risk*
Sunday Night, September 15th: There will be another informal meetup/social gathering at Ten Hands (The Westin Hotels Bar). We will not be returning to the venue after the show this year.
