Return Policy

OZ Machine Company Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance via email communications with customerservice@ozmachinecompany.com and must include a signed and completed OZ Machine Company Return Authorization Form.  The customer is responsible for return shipping. OZ Machine Company is not responsible for any returned product(s) that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Unused, unopened products that were purchased directly from OZ Machine Company are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.  OZ Machine Company must receive approved return products within 30 days of purchase for eligibility.  A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed.  Returns may be rejected if items are used, damaged, missing components, arrived later than the stated return window, or found to be counterfeit; in such cases, they will not be refunded or returned.  At the sole discretion of OZ Machine Company, any used or damaged products may be subject to a 40% restocking fee or may be rejected.

OZ Machine Company will only refund the original price paid for the product, minus any restocking fees and payment processing fees.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.  Returned items must include all original product packaging, documentation, and accessories that were originally shipped with the product(s).  Please note: OZ Machine Company does not offer exchanges.  Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at time of purchase.
